SBF Privacy Policy

All data entered during registration will be held for Scottish Bioinformatics Forum internal use only, and will not be made publicly accessible.

Members’ information held by the SBF will only be used internally, for strategic planning. The SBF will use the anonymised data for planning of educational activities, as well as mediation of collaborations, and advice on creation or expansion of infrastructure for bioinformatics in Scotland. The SBF will use the insights gained from its membership to work with and provide advice to our funders in order to expand the infrastructure and enhance the academic excellence and commercial opportunities for bioinformatics in Scotland.
